FENNER SCHOOL SOFTWARE ORDERING PROCESS

• New software purchases: Fenner School software is only available under a Licence Agreement. 
• Upgrades: If you wish to purchase an upgrade to your current package, you can do so under your current Licence Agreement. 
1. Print out hardcopy of Order Form.
2. Complete the form and mail it to Publications/Software, Fenner School of Environment and Society (Building no. 48), ANU, Canberra ACT 0200, Australia, or fax it to + 61-2-6125 8395.
3. If a new Licence Agreement is required we will fax/mail it back to you for your approval.
4. - If you approve the new Licence Agreement, sign it and return it to the Fenner School by mail or fax with payment.

- If a new Licence Agreement is not required, just send your payment.
5. - Advance payment is required for all purchases. 

- We regret that we are unable to accept purchase orders.
- Credit card orders must have a signature and expiry date.
- Cheques and bank drafts (in Australian dollars) should be payable to the Australian National University. 
6. When we have a valid Licence Agreement and your payment, we will dispatch the software to you.
