Jennifer worked in Timor-Leste for two years (as a consultant on an AusAID project and with the United Nations). This work led to Jennifer’s interest in Timor-Leste's petroleum revenue management and the completion of a doctorate with the Fenner School at the Australian National University in 2007. Since then Jennifer has worked on the Empowering Communities project (http://empoweringcommunities.anu.edu.au/), and a consultancy on fisheries management (using MCDA software - http://www.1000minds.com/).

Professional Activities

Jennifer is the moderator of the Timor-Leste Studies Association of Australia's list (http://www.etstudies-aust.org/).
